Requests for returns are accepted withinย 30 days of the delivery date.
Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition (new/unworn) with all original tags and packaging when they are returned to us. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached. Anything thatโs worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTE:
Allย ย ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, INTIMATESย andย TIGHTSย are non-refundable/final sale. Be sure to verify your size prior to purchasing.ย
To get your preferred size/items as soon as possible and avoid an "out-of-stock" situation, we recommend you submit a ticket to our customer service as soon as possible to make the return for store credit first and place a new order to get your correct items.
Once approved we will generate aย FREEย prepaid label and email you with the label attached.ย Print and attach the label to any box/package and return the items.ย You have 60 days from the receipt of the email to return the item.ย Once we receive the items back we will process the return and issue a store credit balance back to your account. Please note that we do not charge restock fees, however, we will only provide a free label on the first exchange.
Failure to abide by the Return Policy will result in your return being rejected.
All Sales Are Final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights.
Please allowย 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.
