Rags|Tags|Bags is an US based online retailer of name brands that guarantees customer satisfaction based on our fashion style and trendy designs and proven reliability. Our QA team ensures that the products you ordered are of top quality and of great function before they are packaged up and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to return them for FREE for a refund or store credit (exchange).
20-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy:
Requests for returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date.
Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition (new/unworn) with all original tags and packaging when they are returned to us. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned or exchanged.
All ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, INTIMATES and TIGHTS are non-refundable.
How do I make a Return for Exchange?
To get your preferred size/items as soon as possible and avoid an "out-of-stock" situation, we recommend you submit a ticket to our customer service as soon as possible to make the return for store credit first and place a new order to get your correct items.
Once approved we will generate a FREE prepaid label and email you with the label attached. Print and attach the label to any box/package and return the items. You have 15 days from the receipt of the email to return the item. Once we receive the items back we will process the return and issue a store credit balance back to your account.

How do I make a Return for Refund?
Step 2: Select which items you’d like return or keep which is necessary for your return.
Step 3: If approved, we will generate a FREE prepaid label and forward to you via email (Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only).
Step 4: Package the item(s) up. Keep the items in good condition and well packaged and send it back to us.
Step 5: Normally please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.
- A return request MUST BE SUBMITTED within 20 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached.
- Apparel must be returned in the original plastic package with bar codes.
Failure to abide by the Return Policy will result in your return being rejected.
All Sales Are Final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights.
