At Rags|Tags|Bags, we want to ensure you that we are working diligently to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 3 - 5 business days from the date your order was placed.
You will receive a receipt notification email once your payment is verified and confirmed. We try to begin preparing your order immediately following the verification process. With this in mind, you have 24 hours from the date/time your order was placed to cancel it.
It normally takes anywhere from 1 - 2 business days at the most for us to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends ARE NOT included in the time it takes to process your order.
Shipping time, as seen on the product page, is estimated and commences from the date of shipping by 3pm EST, rather than the date of order, and may or may not take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other miscellaneous causes. Once your order has been prepared and tracking label has been created, you will receive a tracking notification via email in order to view tracking and updates on the shipping of your purchase.
Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. A Customer Service Representative will respond within 24 hours.
